Grosswildalm1,778 m (1 1/2 hours)

The approx. 200 year old mountain hut was carefully restored in 1993 and is a much-loved hiking destination for young and old. It can reached along the forest road, which turns off just before the Sonnegg bridge from Labenbach access road, or along the footpath from the Breitenebenalm, which also joins up with the forest path. The owners spoil hungry hikers with home-made delicacies, so they can continue on their way refreshed.
Hiking destinations from the Grosswildalm are the Breitenebenalm, the Karseggalm, the Unterwandalm, the Penkkopf, the Saukarkopf and the Saukaralm, the Spatkar, the Gründegg and the Kleinarlhütte.
