Mountainbiking in the "valley of the alms"

As a "valley of the alms", Großarl made itself a name. With 40 mountain huts, there is here so many, like nowhere otherwise.  Sporting people swing itself into the saddle of the bikes and explore the landscape once out of another perspective.  On the mountain hut arrived you will be reward by a traditional mountain snack before it goes on rapid downhills again back into the valley.

Also who prefers the mountainbike the walking shoes, comes in the Großarltal full on its calculation.  Approximately 15 mountain inns are for mountainbikers attainable over well marked routes.  According to load goals there are 300 to 1,000 m to overcome and distance of 3 to 12 km (no. of km measured from the turn-off from the Grossarl main road, on way)
Naturally there are also some round tours.  Above on target, a snack in the mountain inn attracts then. All in all we have about 120 km marked mountainbike routes with totally approximately 10,600 m (!)  neights difference.
